Our feasting time was at Seoul Garden in Mahkota Parade. It's a Korean restaurant and we are sampling the buffet. While Sibaraku [ the Japanese restaurant ] buffet price had escalated a lot over the months, we decided on Seoul Garden. Hopefully, their prices would not escalate as fast as Sibaraku. Honestly, I kinda like Sibaraku but with the high price and time limit, I must admit that it is a buffet I would give a miss as it was way past our budget.
So, when booking and preparations were made, we were really quite excited about the food there. We didn't expect much and we know that being a buffet, we'll probably get the usual stuff which was rightly so but with a greater variety of food stuff. The best part was that it is a soup bowl in the centre and a sizzling pan surrounding it. I guess the best part was to get the cooking done and sampling of the food. The lamb cuts were superb while the beef were equally up to date. Food was aplenty and suprisingly fresh. I guess, it made all of us very happy indeed. While the food were being cooked, we had a nice time of fellowship while we tucked in the readied food.
Surprising too was that we were never out of food while replenishment was almost immediate. To me, that is the best business strategy I've ever seen. No fuss on service to change the grill plate and the chicken stock soup was aplenty.
