This is my simple & original rendition of Black Forest Smoked Ham Carpaccio with Lemon Vinaigrette. This goes very well with garlic bread actually but Gardenia White Bread will do nicely!
(You can substitute this with beef or even Salmon or even cured deers meat) 1 lemon ( grate the whole lemon for its zest and squeezed one lemon for its juice)
A handful of Italian Parsley - finely chopped and mixed with vinaigrette
A few twigs of Thyme- finely chopped and mixed with vinaigrette
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese
A small pinch of salt, sugar & pepper
Try it out. It will surprise your tasting palate indeed! I am so proud that my daughter helped me in preparing this dish which was great!~ Happy days!
