About 2 weeks ago, the representative from World Vision Malaysia made a short presentation in our church. Though they were slotted right at the end of the service, I am of the considered opinion that they could have more time to present their organisation and believe me, this is a worthy cause to contribute to. Yunno , in many ways, I was impressed with what they are trying to do and with the ads campaign on TV in full swing , it is hard to ignore this organisation. What they are doing are really praiseworthy and a real decent gesture. Yunno, we are so lucky that we have drinking water running through our pipelines while there are many others who don't have this liberty. This is the same too for education and basic neccesities of life like food , blankets, shelter, uniforms and so on. As I go through the World Vision Malaysia website, my heart is tugged at the picture of a child drinking from the loose end pipe! What a sight!

BTW, it takes RM 50.00 a month or RM 600.00 a year to help these people out or sponsor a child program. Come on, now! We spend more than RM 50.00 a week, isn't it? So, please, go to the World Vision Malaysia website and do your fair bit for the people out there! Sign up the pledge and help humanity. This is my personal plea to you people out there! It is much much much better and more satisfying than giving to a stingy 'holy' establishment, right? You'll understand what I am saying!~
