Simple Dinner 2....


Pan-seered Lamb shoulder marinated with terayaki marinade infused with Italian herbs & spices
[ Add twigs of rosemary and thyme for great aroma ! ]

Abundance of lettuce leaves drizzled with mustard, a pinch of sugar a touch of lemon sauce & olive oil
Quick blanched "or kwee tau" and dressed with sesame oil, soy sauce & sauted onions
There you go -another simple dinner!~
